<FONT SIZE=4><B>CHE approves UK, U of L social work program</B></FONT><P>
The Council of Higher Education approved the state's first joint degree program, a Ph.D. in social work offered by UK and the University of Louisville.The UK-U of L doctoral program will begin next fall with 10 students and six professors from each university. Admissions will be handled by a joint committee, and all degrees will be approved by the boards of trustees of both institutions.
